If they do not have one, they have no right to enter unless they have "probable cause" for that some illegal activity is taking place, for example if they can smell marijuana or hear beating and screaming in the apartment. The officers "hunch" that you are up to no good is NOT enough to give him legal right to enter your premise..

I love how the characters get progressively dumber. Denis is probably the smartest, than there's Dee who's a little dumber than her brother, than Mac takes it down another notch... and finally you have Charlie who's basically borderline retarded. Then frank fits somewhere in there.
