Take OOT's color palette, character/level designs,control scheme, voices/sounds, etc and tell a new story with them. Everytime they make a new game they try to reinvent the wheel when they already had the best template for zelda games. Stop using silly gimmicks like choo-choo trains, minish caps, and twilight princess's "grim darkness" and get back to the basics that everyone loves in zelda.Sonic has gone so far downhill because they can't simply give us another sonic 2/3 and want to turn sonic into a werewolf, give him 100 new characters that no one cares about, and turn the game from a speed run to a fighting game/rpg/3-d platformer. Don't ruin zelda in the same way.

For 95% of situations where cops use a taser, they don't need it, and sometimes they pull it out even when they don't need it as a threat of violence. I, personally, would rather get punched in the gut to "subdue me" than get hit by a taser. Thus, I say take away that power or make them more accountable for their actions. I notice you live in Cornwall, but presumably you don't live in one of the major population centres. Then you can get Sky (or UKOnline) LLU and get truly unlimited downloads.I speak as someone who lives 5 miles away from the largest town in Cornwall and only has the choice of expensive BT-based stuff.Personally I can put up satellite TV (apart from the rip-off that is the Sky Movies mix)!

depending on how one designs one's primers, PCR can detect viral genes quite well. PCR doesn't amplify the whole genome -- just the portion between the primers you're using. if the primers are extremely specific to h1n1 flu virus sequence, they will only produce a PCR product if h1n1 flu virus is in the sample.
