I'm not going to start worrying about that either.If you have seen young people die from H1N1 you must have exposure to some place like a hospital where serious cases are concentrated or else very poor luck, because out in the average world it's not really a big deal. H1N1 has swept all through my town, and can you guess how many people have died of it? None. Not one. I have probably a dozen friends who have had it. They all are fine. IT IS JUST THE FLU.Get enough sleep. Eat enough fruit and vegetables. If you get it, take some NyQuil. You'll be fine.
