I do love British Racing Green. Aston Martins wear it sooo well.

WTF an 8k tv? Film industry standard is working with a 4k plate. I mean now with the red camera more movies are being shot in higher res but I can't think of anything being shot in 8k. Besides, most post production is only done at a 2k level, and even ***** like star wars all the effects were done at only 1080p because it's faster and there was not the demand for any higher res (even 1080p looks fine in theaters, some movies are coming to theaters shot in regular HD). I just don't get it. I could see maybe a 2k tv, 4k is a stretch... but 8k?.
@DonAlfred & @astrotrain Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Halloween (the original). It's one of my all time favorite horror movies.I'm not saying Rob Zombie's remake is the "OMG BEST MOVIE EVAR!!!!111!!1" All I said was is it wasn't "THAT bad". I've seen plenty of other remakes that were absolutely terrible, and I just don't think his take on Halloween was one of the worst. I understand leaving some of the story up for imagination, and we all have our own ideas of how Michael got to where he is today. Rob Zombie just decided to put his idea out there in a movie to share with people and I liked his vision of it.Geez, didn't need to get all crazy on me @DonAlfred :-/!

Yes. Eat all protein. Your liver and kidneys will love that. You need a balanced diet, not just to cut out one thing or another.?
Wait a minute, I used this a few weeks ago. |

Fact 1: Using slideshows or multiple pages to show limited information is the worst kind of web design.

If only that were true. Depending on which stats you look at, IE6 still commands anywhere from 10 to as high as 30% of the world wide browsing share. For the web sites I manage, it seems to hover around 18%. The Counter paints a more grim picture though:http://www.thecounter.com/stats/2009/September/bro ...As a web developer, I find that MADDENING.I'm holding out a small bit of hope that Windows 7 helps crush IE6 a bit more. Perhaps some of those Grandma's with a computer that still runs Windows 98 will upgrade and get IE8.My actual hope is that they -- and the foolish businesses that cling to IE6 so they can continue to use some archaic proprietary software -- will switch to Firefox, Safari or Chrome. I probably have a better chance of winning the lottery though... |
