Extremism is a problem modern Islam is currently wrestling with. Although it attracts the disenfranchised and power-hungry youth, it results in the deaths of thousands of innocent muslims (including women and children intentionally targeted), as well as people of other faiths. I don't think this signage is inaccurate at all- it puts the blame where blame is due. I only hope that more muslims around the world will recognize the horrors this ideology has begotten on this Earth and stand united against it.
At some point VERY soon, perhaps 2 generations from now, every family having 2-5 babies results in all of us living in a toxic concrete ***** with smog for air (see India and China). I'm not even going to start on the fact that there isn't enough land area on earth to grow food for 20 billion people. Right now we already got 7 billion. When your grandfather finished fighting WWII there were only 2.5 billion. That's 3X in 70 years. That ***** is only 40-50 years away. Within our lifetime.Just because it's not in your backyard doesn't mean you can't look where it's already happening and realize it's a bad idea.

$800,000...not $160,000. As well it's an experimental treatment that might be better. Once the treatment is proven the cost would go down as the tools and expertise required spread. If the treatment is definitively better then the UK NHS would cover it.!

Nope, it wasn't just marketing. Apple DOES market well but if that's all it was based on, the Mac would have a much larger market-share and everyone would have one of those god-awful iPod stereo units that Jobs claimed was better than Bose (though how hard is that these days?). Market-share isn't about marketing if all you have is a crap product. You don't have to like the iPhone but if you can be honest you'd know it isn't crap.The success of the iPod and iPhone isn't about marketing. Try again?
