The problem here is, some of these countries are coming of age and they know that means burning a lot of cheap fossil fuels like coal and oil. They're in quite a tough situation. They understand that the fossil fuel leap will damage their environment, but without it they're going to have to rely on aide from developed nations so that they can leapfrog their 'coal age' and jump right into high tech solutions like tidal power, hydroelectric, solar, etc. Neither choice is something that they can really afford. It's a grim Catch 22.So the developed nations have to provide aide to these countries AND keep their own environmental promises if they want to make a significant impact. Its a tough pill to swallow for them.
There is absolutely no way a level 10 paladin could destroy a vampire with the Turn Undead feat|spell|power.

I'm sorry, but I would consider any NFL player cooler than Bill Gates...don't get me wrong, I like Bill Gates, but I would rather spend a weekend with Peyton Manning or Reggie Bush any day... |

I’m still against it. Government should not be in the business of providing healthcare. If healthcare reform meant making it easier to encourage competition among insurance companies and more tax breaks for health costs, I’d be all for it.Adding more government to an already bloated and inefficient system will not drive down costs or improve care. In fact, the solution is less coverage, not more. Because of the rise of complete (verses catastrophic) insurance coverage for healthcare, the market has become horribly distorted. It’s like having auto insurance that would cover putting gas in your car. How often would you shop around for gas or oil changes if your insurer paid 90% of the cost. High deductable plans would encourage people to shop around for routine care and help drive down costs by adding competition to the market.
