That is idiotic, beer at 12-16% is no more potent than wine or liquor. And the higher the content goes the harsher and more expensive the beer gets, so I doubt everyone and their mother would stop drinking their usual Bud Light in favor of it.
There are very few ISP's that have the money to spend to enact what is required to easily stop modified modems. Most ISP's that want to stop this activity use CNR (Cisco Network Registrar); however it is expensive, requires staff to manage it and still does not stop it 100% if the user knows what they are doing.

“Not everyone has that option. I live in an apartment and it's too cold to grow anything on my balcony 6 months out of the year. Typically, the poorest people live in apartments, rather than houses, so they are less likely to have the option of growing their own food.

If you've ever been on a cruise ship, in an inside cabin, it can be a bit claustrophobic.

If we rounded up Iraqi insurgents and mutilated and beat them to death we could end the bombings too but were better than that.

Phantom Hourglass is the only Zelda game to date that I did not genuinely enjoy...in fact, I had to force myself to finish it. To hear that Spirit Tracks is going to be so similar is disappointing...but as long as they don't bring back anything like that Temple of the Ocean King (stealth-based dungeon that you have to run multiple times, and on a timer), I'll give it a shot.
